Baku, Azerbaijan – Sabah Investment Group, in partnership with Reportage Group and ELIE SAAB, celebrated the groundbreaking of Panorama by ELIE SAAB, launching construction of Azerbaijan's first ELIE SAAB branded residential project.

Held at Sea Breeze on the shores of the Caspian Sea, the ceremony marked a milestone for Azerbaijan's luxury real estate market, bringing together international design excellence, architectural innovation and ELIE SAAB's lifestyle vision.

The event welcomed government officials, business leaders, investors and senior representatives of the three partners. Remarks were delivered by SIG chairman Mr. Orkhan Mustafayev, Sea Breeze founder Mr. Emin Agalarov, and ELIE SAAB Group CEO Mr. Elie Saab Jr., whose presence in Baku underscored the project's strategic significance and the partners' shared ambition to set a new global benchmark for luxury living in Azerbaijan.

Developed by Sabah Investment Group with Reportage Group, Panorama by ELIE SAAB will occupy a prime 23,531 sqm waterfront site within Sea Breeze, overlooking the Caspian Sea. Inspired by the coastline's fluidity, the architectural concept blends with its surroundings while expressing ELIE SAAB's refined design language.

The project will feature 550 residences, from one- and two-bedroom apartments to duplexes and penthouses.
